This policy explains what happens to your data when you play «Obby with Friends Mini Games» (the “Game”), a browser game published on Poki.
The Game is developed and operated by Karachev Maksim, trading as LightFound Games (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the processing described below.

We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or any other contact detail. We do not run our own advertising, we do not use analytics services, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. The Game needs a small amount of technical data to connect you to other players and to remember your progress. That is all.
Account information from Poki. If you sign in to your Poki account, Poki passes the Game a username, an avatar image and a permanent identifier that is unique to this Game. This lets the Game recognise you between sessions and show your name to other players in a match. We never receive your email address or password from Poki.
The name other players see. You can change your display name in the Game. That name is visible to everyone you play with, so please don't use your real name or any other detail you'd rather keep private.
Multiplayer connection data. Matches run on Photon, a real-time multiplayer service operated by Exit Games. To connect you to a room and keep everyone in sync, Photon processes technical connection data, including your IP address, session and room identifiers, and the in-game state exchanged between players during a match, such as your position and actions. This data is used to run the match and is not used to build a profile of you.
Saved progress. Your progress, unlocked items and friends list are stored on your own device, in your browser’s storage. We do not run a database of our own and we keep no copy of any of it. When you are signed in to Poki, the Poki SDK also copies that saved data to Poki’s servers so your progress follows you between devices.
Advertising. Ads shown around and inside the Game are served by Poki, not by us. We do not receive data about you from Poki’s advertising systems. How Poki handles advertising data is described in Poki’s own privacy policy, linked below.
Two companies are involved besides us:
Both operate servers in several countries, which may be outside the country you play from.
Connection data is only used while a match is running. We do not store it, and nothing about your session is kept by us once you stop playing.
Your saved progress stays on your device until you clear your browser data, which removes it. If you play signed in, a copy also sits in your Poki account; that copy is under Poki's control, so requests to remove it should go to Poki. We hold no copy ourselves, so there is nothing on our side left to delete.
The Game is suitable for a general audience, including children. We have deliberately designed it so that it does not collect personal details from anyone: there is no registration, no chat or free-text messaging, and no way for players to share contact information with each other.
The only thing a player can write is a display name, and names are filtered before they are accepted. A filter is never perfect, so please do not put a real name, an address, a phone number or anything else private into a display name. Anything you type there is your own choice and is visible to other players.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, or to complain to your local data protection authority. In practice we hold almost nothing about you: your saved game lives on your device and, if you're signed in, in your Poki account. For anything stored by Poki, contact Poki directly.
